  • You absolutely do—everyone has unique gifts and a purpose. This program is designed to help you remember and reconnect with what has always been within you, even if you don’t see it yet.

  • Unlike traditional coaching programs, this is not just about mindset or goal-setting. It’s an experiential, energetic, and deeply transformative process that activates your life force, clears energetic blocks, and helps you embody your purpose—not just think about it.

  • This program is designed to fit into your life while still creating deep transformation. You’ll need to attend one live 1:1 session per week (around 60-90 minutes) and set aside additional time for integration, reflection, and exercises. While the exact time varies for each person, I recommend dedicating at least a few hours per week to fully embody the work.

    Remember—this is an investment in yourself, and the more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it!

  • This is a high transformational program and requires full commitment—from both of us. That said, I want you to feel fully supported in this journey. If you fully show up and commit to the first month but genuinely feel this program isn’t for you, you won’t be required to continue for the second month. If you’ve already paid for it, you’ll receive a refund for that portion. My priority is your transformation, and I trust you to honor this process with integrity, just as I do.

  • No, you don’t have to live here in Uppsala.

    I want to make this available regardless of where you are in the world. Depending on whether you are in Uppsala or not, we will set up the program to suit you and give you the most value possible.

  • My mother tongue is Swedish, so if you speak Swedish, we will do it in that language. If you don’t, or if you are more comfortable speaking english, we will do that.

    The reason for having this site in english is because I don’t want language to be a limitation.

  • This is a 1:1 program where we will work together in real time. Doing healing and mindset sessions either online (over zoom) or physically on site, depending on what works for you.

    If you live in Uppsala, a combination of online and on site sessions is recommended.
